Julie Carleton is well known and respected in the Heart Centre, as she has been a Clinical Nurse Leader in CCU since 2000. Julie was also the CCU Nurse Educator and is currently in the role of Operations Leader for the Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Procedure Room, EP and CSSU. Julie consistently demonstrates values-based leadership in all her actions. She is an extremely strong leader and is known for her integrity, excellent communication skills and patient and staff advocacy. Julie balances work, continuing education and family life and makes it look easy.
