Virtual Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac Rehabilitation programs like the Healthy Heart program at St. Paul's Hospital are designed to assist people with a wide range of cardiac conditions, to help them gain knowledge to better understand and manage their health condition. This is done by helping them control their blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol levels, stress, and also build strength and endurance with structured exercise.
